Tremco TREMproof 250GC roller grade polyurethane waterproofing membrane is specifically designed for a variety of applications, including backfilled walls, split slabs, planters, and rapid curing submerged conditions. Moreover, it serves as a complementary waterproofing membrane for Tremco’s Roofing systems, working well with both concrete masonry units and plywood substrates.

Features and Benefits: Tremco Tremproof 250GC Roller grade provides several benefits, including fast application within 24 hours after removing concrete forms, and compatibility with damp concrete, which reduces delays from rain or moisture. Additionally, the membrane’s unique ability to catalyze with water accelerates curing times, especially in low humidity, ultimately making construction schedules more efficient.

The product can be applied at a rate of up to 120 mils in a single lift, ensuring quick application without sacrificing performance on backfilled walls and other applications. Furthermore, it can be applied to achieve a 215-mil high-build system when protection is essential suitable for water immersion.

The product is available in three viscosities including self-leveling SL, roller R, and trowel intended for detailed work, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications.
