Shipping & Delivery 

Orders received before 3pm EST typically ship same day. Transit times for orders placed 3pm EST or later are based on shipping the following business day. Your tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment. Please note many freight shipments require a delivery appointment by the carrier. We encourage you to contact the freight carrier upon receipt of your tracking information to schedule a delivery appointment.

Returns & Replacements 

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Prior approval from Metro Sealant is required for all returns. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.
Items should be within the manufacturer’s shelf life and must be returned in like-new condition.
All returned items are subject to a flat 10% restocking fee if non-stock item.
Customers will not be refunded for original shipping or return shipping costs.
Some items may require manufacturer approval before being returned, while others might be ineligible for return.
