  2. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: You can return any item purchased on Metrosealant.com within 30 days from the delivery date. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Items We Can’t Accept: Custom products or special orders, Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  4. Restocking Fee: Non-stock items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return.
  5. Quick Refund Processing:Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 3 days to your original payment method.
  6. Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs, Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If there was an error on our part, we’ll bear the return shipping.
