- 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: You can return any item purchased on Metrosealant.com within 30 days from the delivery date. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items We Can’t Accept: Custom products or special orders, Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Restocking Fee: Non-stock items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return.
- Quick Refund Processing:Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 3 days to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs, Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If there was an error on our part, we’ll bear the return shipping.
