Designed as a durable, flexible, and long-lasting alternative to traditional wet-applied sealants, it provides superior weatherproofing and movement capability for both new and remedial construction applications.

This product serves as an economical solution for repairing failed sealants without the need for cutting out and recaulking. It accommodates extreme joint movement of +200% / -75%, allowing it to handle structural expansion, contraction, and seismic activity with ease. The SWRI-validated performance ensures dependable results in high-performance building envelopes, curtain walls, and EIFS applications.

DOWSIL 123 Silicone Seal bonds securely using DOWSIL 791 Silicone Weatherproofing Sealant or DOWSIL 795 Silicone Building Sealant, forming a complete, watertight system that provides exceptional adhesion, flexibility, and resistance to UV, ozone, and weather exposure. It’s available in a wide range of standard and custom colors—including black, white, bronze, grey, limestone, and sandstone—with options for matte finishes and custom extrusions for specialized geometries or design requirements.

Easy to install and virtually maintenance-free, this preformed silicone seal can be applied over concrete, EIFS, aluminum, or other building materials. It’s ideal for curtain wall restoration, EIFS joints, parapet transitions, coping joints, and leaking skylight repairs.
