Sikagard 300 KNS (formerly MKure CC 300 SB)

Sikagard 300 KNS is a high-gloss, solvent-based, modified acrylic curing, sealing, and dustproofing compound designed for both fresh and existing concrete surfaces. It provides a durable, transparent finish that enhances surface protection while allowing concrete to reach its full strength potential. With its 30% solids formula, this product effectively retains moisture, minimizing shrinkage cracking while reducing surface absorption for easier maintenance and cleaning.

Engineered for a variety of commercial applications, including offices, warehouses, and exterior concrete surfaces, Sikagard 300 KNS is compatible with most carpet and tile adhesives and offers excellent UV resistance. Its low-viscosity composition ensures smooth application even at cooler temperatures, while its abrasion-resistant properties help withstand foot traffic and extend wear.

This VOC-compliant curing compound meets ASTM C1315, Type 1, Class A, and various industry standards, making it an ideal solution for high-performance concrete protection. The product is easy to apply with a roller and dries quickly, allowing for light foot traffic in as little as four hours, with full curing achieved within seven days. Sikagard 300 KNS is available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums, offering efficient coverage of up to 400 ft² per gallon.

For best results, surfaces must be clean and dry before application. Avoid overapplication to prevent pooling, alligatoring, or mud cracking. While Sikagard 300 KNS enhances concrete aesthetics, it may highlight surface imperfections. It is considered a light-duty sealer and is not recommended for areas exposed to heavy wheeled traffic.
