DOWSIL 832 Multi-Surface Adhesive Sealant is a 100% RTV silicone designed for tough bonding, sealing, and assembly applications where long-lasting durability is essential. Engineered to adhere without primer to an exceptionally wide range of substrates—including glass, metal, masonry, concrete, many plastics, and most rubber surfaces—it delivers reliable performance even on challenging or mixed-material installations.

Its neutral-cure, low-odor chemistry makes it ideal for indoor or outdoor use without producing the strong vinegar smell associated with acetoxy silicones. Once applied, the sealant forms a flexible, noncorrosive rubber seal that accommodates movement and resists cracking, shrinking, or degrading. It withstands service temperatures from –67°F to 300°F (–55°C to 149°C), with short-term resistance up to 350°F (177°C), ensuring dependable performance in harsh or fluctuating climates.

DOWSIL 832 is widely used for sealing roof penetrations, gutters, concrete seams, marine equipment, HVAC components, threaded connections, window assemblies, pipes, and general repairs. With excellent peel strength on metals, plastics, glass, and elastomers, the product is built for tough maintenance and assembly work. It skins in about 20 minutes and becomes tack-free within 50–90 minutes, allowing efficient jobsite workflow.
