Tremsil 600 is a high-performance, single-component, neutral-cure silicone sealant engineered for glazing applications. It cures upon exposure to air moisture, forming a durable, flexible rubber with excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials. Designed for in-plant use, Tremsil 600 is ideal for back-bedding, cap, heel, and toe beads, as well as sash joinery. It’s compatible with most porous and non-porous substrates, including aluminum, glass, plastics, concrete, and wood, making it versatile for various applications like metal-to-metal joinery and perimeter beads.

Tremsil 600 features easy application with conventional caulking equipment, requiring no mixing, and offers a tooling time of 8–10 minutes. The sealant meets rigorous standards, including ASTM C920 and AAMA 800-92, and is Greenguard Gold certified, ensuring safe use in sensitive indoor environments such as hospitals and schools. Available in a variety of colors, it’s offered in cartridges, sausages, pails, and drums to suit different project needs.
