Product Description: SikaGrout-212 is a one-component, ready-to-mix, free-flowing, non-shrink cementitious grout. It features a unique 2-stage shrinkage compensating mechanism, enhancing its performance and durability in various construction applications.

Uses: SikaGrout-212 is designed for general purpose grouting, suitable for:

• Securing machine and column base plates.
• Anchoring rods and bearing plates.
• Filling joints in pre-cast concrete sections.
• Addressing cavities, voids, gaps, and recesses in both indoor and outdoor settings, across all levels of construction.

• Expansion Rate: Demonstrates positive expansion in early stages to ensure tight filling.
• Application Conditions: Suitable for use in temperatures as low as 45°F and above.

Installation:

• Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean and free of any contaminants. Moisture and oil must be adequately controlled.
• Mixing and Application: Can be mixed easily and applied by pouring, pumping, or manual placement, depending on the consistency required.
• Curing: Requires wet curing for at least 3 days or appropriate curing compounds can be applied.

Limitations:

• Should not be used in applications involving permanent water immersion or with materials that may leach oils or solvents.
• Not suitable for overhead applications without suitable support.
