SikaQuick 1000 is a rapid-hardening, cementitious patching mortars designed for concrete repairs. These one-component formulas offer early strength gain and low shrinkage, making them ideal for a range of applications from highway overlays to structural repairs of roadways, parking structures, bridges, dams, and ramps. They are especially suitable for horizontal flatwork repairs and can be used on grade, above, and below grade.

Surface preparation is critical, requiring substrates to be clean, sound, and free of contaminants. The product can be applied directly to the structural deck or certain insulation panels such as polyisocyanurate, making it versatile across repair scenarios.

Not recommended for sealing horizontal decks, patios, driveway joints subject to abrasion, submerged joints, or in totally confined spaces. It should not be applied in designs that will be painted after application without consulting Technical Services.
