HH Pump Flush Sikafix is a proprietary material used as a washing and flushing agent for tools and equipment. Based upon a blend of organic solvents, it is non-flammable and possesses the necessary dissolving properties to displace polyurethane grouts in their liquid state. Where to Use:

SikaFix Pump Flush is recommended for use wherever excess and uncured SikaFix grout needs to be removed from injection pumps, lines, tools and equipment.

Application:

When injection of SikaFix grouts is completed, the grout pump should be immediately flushed with the washing agent. Flushing can be performed by connecting the inlet and outlet of the pump to a tank containing the pump flush, and circulating SikaFix® Pump Flush through the system for 10 – 20 minutes. Ensure that all parts that have come into contact with the grout are washed. After re-circulating the pump flush through the pump, it is important to run the pump dry and fill the pump hoses with fresh SikaFix® Pump Flush once before storing equipment.

Clean Up:

Wear personal protective equipment (chemical resistant gloves/goggles/clothing). Without direct contact, remove spilled or excess material and place in suitable container. Dispose of material and container in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.

Limitations:

SikaFix Pump Flush has limited effect on cured polyurethane grout.
