Sikaflex SL 1 is a one-component, self-leveling polyurethane sealant designed for long-lasting flexibility and performance in horizontal concrete joints. It’s ideal for use in driveways, sidewalks, parking structures, decks, and industrial floors, where both movement accommodation and durability against wear are essential.

This sealant provides ±35% movement capability, ensuring it can expand and contract with joint motion without cracking or losing adhesion. Its self-leveling formula eliminates the need for tooling, making installation fast and consistent. Sikaflex SL 1 bonds securely to most concrete and metal substrates without priming, simplifying surface preparation while maintaining strong, watertight seals.

Built to withstand demanding environments, Sika SL 1 offers excellent abrasion resistance, superior weatherability, and long-term UV stability, keeping joints sealed against moisture, chemicals, and temperature changes from -40°F to 180°F (-40°C to 82°C).
