DOWSIL 790 Silicone Building Sealant is a high-performance, ultra-low-modulus, one-part, neutral-cure silicone sealant specifically engineered for sealing construction joints in both new builds and remedial repair projects. Designed to endure extreme joint movement, it offers a joint movement capability of +100/-50%, significantly reducing stress on the bond line and improving long-term durability.

This weatherproof sealant maintains flexibility and adhesion even in the harshest environmental conditions—resisting rain, snow, UV radiation, and wide temperature swings. It adheres exceptionally well without primer to a variety of substrates, including masonry, concrete, stone, precast panels, aluminum, painted surfaces, and EIFS.

Ideal for expansion joints, control joints, curtain walls, mullions, and stone pavers, DOWSIL 790 forms a watertight, flexible bond that performs reliably over time. It is easy to apply across a wide temperature range and cures to a firm, long-lasting seal that is resistant to staining and sagging.
