Dymeric 240FC is a high-performance, fast-curing, multi-component polyurethane sealant developed by Tremco to provide superior durability and versatility in both new construction and restoration projects. Designed for demanding applications, this chemically-curing formulation is composed of a tintable neutral base and pre-measured curative packet, offering flexibility and on-site customization with a wide palette of 70 standard colors via the Tremco Universal Color Paks.

Engineered to bond effectively to a wide variety of construction materials—including precast concrete, masonry, EIFS, metal curtain walls, and perimeter joints around windows and doors—Dymeric 240FC creates a resilient, waterproof barrier that remains flexible over time. It is formulated for easy mixing, even in cold temperatures, and offers excellent movement capability of ±50%, making it ideal for dynamic joint environments.

Its solvent-free, VOC-compliant composition ensures a safer application with no compromise on performance. The sealant meets or exceeds several critical industry standards, including ASTM C920-02, U.S. Federal Specification TT-S-00227E, and UL 2079, and has also passed accelerated weathering and adhesion testing. Additionally, it’s certified for specific fire-rated systems, expanding its usability in safety-critical applications.
