DOWSIL 902 RCS Joint Sealant is a rapid-cure, self-leveling, two-part silicone rubber sealant designed for sealing expansion joints in demanding environments such as bridges, highways, and concrete pavements. It delivers long-lasting flexibility and reliable adhesion on concrete, steel, and mixed substrates — even on irregular joint surfaces.

Engineered for fast return-to-service, it develops sufficient integrity within 8 hours, allowing traffic to resume quickly. The ultra-low-modulus formula accommodates extreme joint movements of +100/-50%, significantly reducing stress on bond lines while maintaining a watertight seal. This makes it ideal for both new construction and remedial repairs, especially where other materials have failed.

Formulated with 100% silicone rubber, DOWSIL 902 RCS offers superior weather resistance, staying elastic and crack-free from −50°F to 300°F (−45°C to 149°C). It won’t stiffen in cold conditions or soften in heat, ensuring dependable performance through all seasons. Its self-leveling consistency simplifies installation, minimizing the need for tooling and reducing labor time.

This sealant meets ASTM C920, Type M, Grade P, Class 100/50 standards and is supplied in convenient EZ Pak dual-cartridge kits for efficient mixing and clean application.
