Pecora XL-PermULTRA VP Coating is a versatile product that can be applied over various common building materials such as concrete block, concrete, exterior gypsum sheeting, plywood, OSB, and more. It is a primerless, single-component, high-performance elastomeric fluid applied STPU (Silyl Terminated Polyurethane) coating. Combining the best properties of silicone and urethane, it functions as an air and water barrier for exterior wall assemblies.
This durable elastomeric weatherproofing membrane is applied in a single coat using an airless sprayer or roller, offering two to three times the coverage of other fluid applied products. Its excellent elasticity and crack-bridging capabilities contribute to a seamless and airtight building envelope.
