USCP Deck Pro 7101 Repair Mortar is a highly specialized, fiber-reinforced, cement-based mortar designed for structural repairs on a variety of concrete and masonry substrates. It’s particularly adept for applications on bridges, tunnels, elevated slabs, parking decks, piers, roadways, manholes, and sewers.

USCP Deck Pro 7101 is easy to apply. For hand applications, a bond coat of the mortar is scrubbed into the surface, followed by placement before the bond coat dries. For spray applications, appropriate equipment is required, and the surface must be pre-moistened yet free of excess water. Multiple lifts can be applied, with each layer needing to reach final set before the next is added. The product can be finished to match the original concrete elevation, providing a seamless repair.

Surface preparation involves removing unsound concrete, cleaning and saturating the substrate, and preparing corroded reinforcing steel as per industry standards. Proper curing, according to ACI 308, is crucial and can be achieved with suitable curing compounds or by moist curing for a minimum of 7 days.

USCP Deck Pro 7101 comes in 50 lb bags with a yield of approximately .53 ft³ per bag when mixed with water. It’s best used in temperatures above 40ºF, with special considerations needed for colder weather applications.
