CCW 200V: Nonwoven Polypropylene Protection Courses

CCW 200V and 300HV Protection Fabrics are extremely tough nonwoven polypropylene protection courses, specifically designed to protect CCW waterproofing membranes. CCW 200V Protection Fabric is used to cushion
and protect the CCW MiraDRI 860/861 vertical applications. Questions? Contact Us.

CCW 300HV Protection Fabric is a thick nonwoven cushioning fabric that provides the ultimate solution for horizontal applications. CCW 300HV is engineered to be placed over CCW MiraDRI 860/861 in horizontal and
vertical applications. CCW 300HV is also used as the critical moisture retention element in CCW Green Roof Systems.

Vertical Installation:
CCW 200V Protection Fabric (40″ x 200′) can be installed directly to the CCW MiraDRI 860/861 using CCW Cav-Grip contact adhesive. Place three ribbons of CCW Cav-Grip on both the surface of the waterproofing membrane and the CCW Protection Fabric. Allow the CCW Cav-Grip to dry for 5 – 10 minutes, then adhere the surfaces together. Adjacent rolls of protection fabric should be placed with a minimum 2″ side and end overlap. For best results, upon completion of installation of protection fabric, proceed with placement of backfill or designated cover material.

Horizontal Installation:
CCW 300HV Protection Fabric can be installed directly over the CCW MiraDRI 860/861. Unroll CCW 300HV Protection Fabric directly over the waterproofing membrane with a minimum 2” side and end overlap. Under
windy conditions, secure Protection Fabric with overburden or use CCW Cav-Grip contact adhesive. For best results, in a horizontal installation, proceed with placement of CCW MiraDRAIN or designated cover.

Limitations:
CCW 200V/300HV must not be permanently exposed to sunlight. Limit exposure to no more than 30 days prior to covering.
